I have found my home in Network Marketing with a team that does training, coaching, and mentoring free for anyone in any company. We never mention company names on our trainings, and we never sell anyone on anything. That does not work very well anyway because 90% of the world population are sales resistant.
So we choose to educate people on the things they need to learn to be able to build it once, build it big, and build it to pay a lifetime of residual income.
We have a system where we treat people like what they are, unique individuals with one of 4 basic personallity categories that everyone fall into. One category is not better then the other, they are just processing information differently. This makes them take decisions in one of 4 very distinct ways. One of the things we teach people is how to spot peoples personallity types, and then teach them how to communicate with that person as that person prefers to be communicated to. That almost eliminates all rejection and objections, neat eh?
People can follow our trainings until they are ready to commit to their own future, then we offer to help them find a company worth building long term, or they can have a look at ours. Their choice. Many choose to join our company because we have already done the basic work they would need to do anyway when choosing a company, many people who already have a 5 pillar company choose to stay in that company, and that’s fine. We also teach them what the 5 pillars of success in a Network Marketing company are.
I wouldn’t want to sell people again every month to get them to actually commit to doing something anyway, so I choose to do business with the ones that are ready to commit to their own future and Network Marketing in a professional way. I want people in my business who have a reason for doing this business that is so strong, they will be there and do what it takes nomatter what happens.
What we also stess is for people to find their own reason why they want to success in this business. When people find their own reason, it is never about money, it is allways personal, and it is allways an emotional moment so strong most people actually sit down and cry. That’s the kind of dedication i want in my business.
That’s what builds a long term Network Marketing business that will keep growing even though you are off on a two month vacation to the carribean, on a mission to the antarctic, or sailing around the world. That is what creates true walk away income.
